Nice location, decent neighborhood, great amenities, professional service, etc.

Unless the prices go down, there are better communities within the Village that are more updated for the same price range.

They could find cheaper prices in other communities and won't have unrespectful people around

It's a convenient area to live and and pricing isn't ridiculously high.

Slow response from the office and apartment stove, sink, tub need to be replaced. Basically, the manager is slow to upgrade. I heard the only way to get an upgrade is to move to another apartment.
