Considering costs first and foremost, I would recommend someone look elsewhere for better value at the same price or less.

This was a very beautiful community, with great resident amenities.

This is a nice apartment community with nice staff. I would live here and recommend my friends.

The location is excellent.
Maintenance is superb.
The community amenities are great for me and my family.
The only two things that would make me not recommend this community is the rent that every year gets higher, and the noisy, disrespectful students.

It's fairly safe and pretty secluded for the area. Nice and helpful office folks.

Not so expensive for what you get, nothing is modern.

I think by the complex being older, people want things repaired. My problem would be the rate at which things are repaired or replaced.

I was told I would receive an apartment on the second floor with a fireplace and mantel as well as an accent wall. I received none of these, I didn't even get a microwave with my apartment.

I would recommend the village but not the green
