The apartment community looks very dated, but they have done a great job with the upkeep. The community is older, but the prices are very good.

I felt the apartments seemed dated. However, I would likely recommend to others.

If I had to choose an apartment to live in based off of what I saw. I would have to decline. Although, the property does offer a lot of features within the community. The washer/dryer connections were most important to me in my home. The cost of the rent without those connections would be slightly out of my budget. I felt that she did a good job selling the property.

It is a comfortable place to live near the main attractions of the city.

The community was in an excellent location with easy access to highways, dining, and shopping. The Village Country Club membership was a great amenity. The leasing staff were wonderful. They made me feel right at home. The apartment and c0ountry club membership were an excellent value.

I've had an overall good experience with the property--a few maintenance glitches but they were fixed right away. For the most part, the apartment complex is very quiet, although I will say you will hear anything your neighbors do, so this probably depends on your area. The grounds are extremely well kept. It is an older unit, so there are more breaks and fixes needed, but it is overall a homey apartment.

Near school bus. Clean, safe and affordable. Might be better if kitchen area is bigger.

The leasing professional made every effort to close the sale by deteriming if the space would work for me. The leasing professional asked if I wanted to leave a deposit and invited me to lease online later if I decided the apartment was right for me. The leasing professional also reminded me that rates change daily. If I were seriously considering a new apartment I would have proceeded with signing a lease from this leasing professional.

Good location and nice place to live. Staff is very friendly except maintenance service.
I moved in 9 days ago and I saw broken shelf in bedroom closet, broken shower and some missing bulbs. I requested maintenance and its not fixed yet. After waiting 2-3 days, I had to fix closet shelf so that I can organize my stuff.

My experience was amazing, it was like no other. The leasing agent was very friendly and was very informative and knew exactly what she was talking about. I was definitely sold to lease from the property right away. I felt right at home. The amenities that are offered are great, they are like no other and I would certainly recommend this property.

I was impressed by how calm and natural the environment is. The price for the apartment I saw was a bit high, but then I realized all the extras they offered. The price may be worth it. The swimming pools and the tennis court were all well kept.
