I already have recommended them and they plan to check it out. This place is a community. It is great for adjusting to Dallas living, and meeting new people when you are not from the area.

The community is in one of the best locations in the area. It is literally minutes from everything you could possibly want. There is an automatic membership to a Country Club. Who would not want to experience living at this community?

The level of service was great. The agent focused on my conversation and my needs.

The property was clean and a good location but it was not that appealing overall. The agent did not take the time to show me the amenities, she advised me to go see them on my own through the country club.

I wouldn't because of the price and the customer service from the office. There are communities close to the area with newer apartments and less expensive.

I would say the community seemed to be like a private golf residence. Many amenities, manicured lawns. The insides of the apartment I saw did need a bit of updating.

It was a very nice community in a great neighborhood. The amenities that were offered in the village and their country club were great. It was a beautiful community with a lot of green space and walking trails.

Best bang for your buck. Nearly the only place in Dallas that is affordable and you can actually see where the money is going, back into the community.

The leasing office folks are wonderful, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, fairly peaceful place, friendly neighborhood, great amenities at the VCC. Good location and in the grand scheme of things, a fair price.

I would recommend them the appartment community, warning them about rent prices, and all the extra costs I was not aware of when I rented.

I had a nice visit with the leasing professional. She was nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed visiting with her and listening to her present this property. She used a brochure and a tour, and she was very detailed in describing the amenities.

I had a good experience touring this property, as the leasing professional was friendly, engaging, energetic and thorough. I felt what the apartment and community had to offer was comparable with the asking price. I could see myself being a happy resident and this community.

I really did not have a lot to say about the community other than the fact I liked that it was a gated property and that they had 24 hour courtesy patrol.

The office hours are NEVER the same! when I request for a battery for fire alarm I had too wait until next inspection !management makes up rules but don't carry them out! maintenance sits on bench more they work . There's a in need of a SURPRISE visit from corporate. This community has been alot better in the past than what it is NOW!
