Very expensive place- its pricy

come over if you want to live in a good community that is safe, fun, and close to downtown

of course i will say it is like haven

The grounds were very nice and well kept. The inside of the apartments did not seem worth the price to me and I felt like I would be paying for the amenities and not the apartment. However, it was very quiet when I went in and seemed to be a very peaceful neighborhood.

It's really like living in a village. Even when you drive to walmart you still see Village patrol. It's a great thing but not scary in the slightest.

A very nice gated community... Very friendly staff that is always helpful and the property its self is beautiful.

Apartment staff is professional and attentive, whether you live there yet or not. They aren't rude, and they dont creep you out like other apartment staffs can. They know their property, they know the units, and they can attest to the value that you get since some of them live there. All my maintenanace requests have been respoinded to and fixed within a 24 hr period. The community itself is quiet. There's a mix of families, students, young couples, older couples. There's a feeling of comfort, you dont feel liek your in a shady place especially when you see the aptrol cars driving around every so often. I like it and I would recommend it without hesitation especially for first time renters.

My husband and I have lived here for 6 years. It is our home, the neighbors are great, the office staff and grounds/maintenance are friendly always greets you and just makes you feel like you are someone other than an apartment number. The apartments are kept up better than some new ones. My one pet peeve is the Recycle dumpster being full every week and then the other Residents who are so concerned about the environment set their recycle trash on the ground around the dumpster, so that it blows all over the grounds and parking lot, (shame on you). But that being said, I would recommend this property to anyone.

The key thing that struck me as unique about this apartment community was the added amenities that are shared among the entire community of different apartment communities from the centrally located country club.

The Green is well located in Dallas... a quiet community with proximity to Downtown, SMU, NorthPark Mall, an d walking distance to Walmart, Sams Club, Whole Foods, Tom Thumb and a whole lot more. It's gated with a feel of home. I love it.

It's okay if you are trying to save some money, but don't expect much. Be willing to let a lot of things slide and not to get mad about too many aspects of the "community." The utility bills are decent. The type of residents who are here are um, yeah ... and a special note, I love animals, but if you don't allow pets, then don't allow pets, instead of allowing people to walk their dogs that poop right in front of your apartment. I bring that up because, if they aren't enforcing their own rules, then what other things are they turning a blind eye to?

The leasing staff at this community exhibited a very pleasant and warm personality. I believe prospective residents will be pleased with their choice.

The apartment was neat and presentable. It definitely was worth the leasing price, and the amenities shared by other communities were commendable.

This property was very nice and the personnel in the office handled themselves in a professional manner.
