My car has been towed as I parked in the hashtag. My parking tag was displayed on the car. There was no parking space at the time I parked on the hashtag. If apartment community could not provide enough parking space they have no rights to tow the vehicles of the residents.

Please know that our attempts to manage the parking more tightly are done in an effort to ensure that we do have more parking available to you. I am sorry to hear about your negative experience (your vehicle being towed).
Please know that we are researching how we might be able to add additional parking spaces in the coming year. And we do also have carports and garages available at the moment if you would like to reserve your very own parking space!

Ignored tenant
Let's begin with the parking... They claim Elite towing comes nightly that's a lie. I have called Elite on a nightly basis to come clean up the parking problem. The office e-mails me to let me know there is parking by building 7 that's hardly a solution considering I live on the other side. I have complained about a vehicle that hasn't moved in over 2 months yet they still haven't done anything about it. Any problems you may have here will never be taken care of. Sure the office staff will appear to be listening and act like they are on it, but nothing gets done. I sure don't know what the office staff gets paid for, but multiple times going into the office I feel like I'm interrupting them playing cards or messing with their cell phones while business phone rings and rings.

And please understand that your lease contract and our parking policy at Marquis at Brushy Creek do not require vehicles to be moved arbitrarily - so long as that vehicle is properly parked with valid registration and parking permits.
Also, you are never interrupting us when you visit the office! In fact you have our full attention when you are in front of us - so much so that we choose not to interrupt you by answering the phone while we are helping you!

I arrived home on Monday, Aug 26, 2013, at 8:20 pm. There was zero parking and I had to park across the street at Mesa Rosa Mexican restaurant. This is the fifth time I've done this in August 2013. I can't count the number of times I simply parked my car past the back gate in the grass due to this problem. The parking is outrageous and I will never recommend this complex due to this.

Since Marquis took over, the hallway leading to my apartment is cleaner...it was always filthy before...there is no ventilation or wind to blow through it which means my carpet got dirtier much sooner. Please continue to keep these areas clean.
