Great place, rent was pretty low when moving in. We face a bunch of trees, it’s very nice.

My biggest frustration is the parking. I have to park by the gate and sometimes have had to park completely across the complex.

This just seem to be working for me. Are there just not enough parking spaces for the amount of apartments ?

The other thing is the trash, I have literally had to walk round a box in my stair well for a week at one time.

The trash around the Pool also, my first experience in the pool was not fun. Someone had a birthday party and let the kids eat cake in the pool, therefor there was cake all in the pool. I thought someone had thrown up until I realized what was going on.

Thanks for the survey, These things have been on my mind.

All of the above mentioned has been reported and nothing has changed except the price going up, there should be a loyalty plan for residents that stay and pay on time. Parking.

The parking situation and loud kids running through the buildings have gotten out of control. in addition, people leave trash outside their doors for days before taking to the dumpster. The property just doesn't have the same feel as 5-6 years ago when I moved in.

The property offers a lot, and has good prices per square footage. I liked the layout of the apartment we saw and thought the price was a good value. I wish I had heard more from them about the location and nearby things to do. They did a nice job telling me about the management company and making it seem like it could be a great fit for me. I wished they had some upgraded apartments ready to show to allow me to choose the upgrades before I leased. The apartments are a little old and it was easy to tell.

I love the apartment community because of the beauty of the grounds and the cleanliness of the property grounds. I have the B7 floor plan and I am happy with the decision of choosing that floor plan. The size fits my family and lifestyle. The only negatives are limited parking, being next to a dog park and I wish the kitchen were more upgraded, but definitely choose the apartment size over upgrades.
