The community amenities were appealing and included a pool table in the clubhouse, computer access in the business center and tanning beds to name a few. Not to mention the meticulous care the staff takes in the grounds and common areas. The leasing professional tailored the presentation to my specific needs. I would be glad to call this home and recommend to everyone.

The staff was what made me want to lease there. Rapport was built with utmost sincerity and naturally. The pricing was great for the square footage. The community was very well maintained. The business center and new exercise equipment was very attractive. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to my friends.

Because of the staff and the prices are becoming way too expensive each year.

A tanning bed was available at the community for the residential use. I would like recommend the community to others.

Parking is a BIG issue!!!

Parking policy is unacceptable when it comes to visitors. Impossible to have people over.

Most of my loved ones like being together and this apartment complex is not really conducive for that kind of lifestyle. I would recommend it to people who enjoy their alone time and prefer people not visit.

It is a community of families. I enjoy the parents walking with their children through the grounds, it gives me a sense of peacefulness and security. The children are well mannered and respectful. The residents are very friendly as well.

The caliber of residents is declining. The noise level and unattended children riding bikes and telling during quiet hours needs to improve.

Need to figure out the parking issue...my only complaint. I love everything else.

Construction quality shoddy. Front door and garage door extremely light and cheap. Also easy to hear neighbors.

I would, however those I know with apartments probably couldn't afford the rent, even with a roommate.

On several occasions my visitors have been troubled due to parking. As a host, not only is this incredibly frustrating, but pretty embarrassing. . The situation in turn, turns off my visitors from wanting to rent here (and myself). Last week, a visitor and I had to schedule a different meeting day due to lack of parking for them. Not too cool...

I have been living her with my husband for about 10 months and I could not be happier with our experience. I love the fact that the office communicates everything through e-mail, it makes it so easy to keep up with what is going on in the apartment complex!! I read other reviews about noise, and all I can say is that you live in an apartment, you are going to hear your neighbors every so often. That is apartment living, if you want absolute silence then buy a house or a condo. The ammenities are amazing!! The Club house is always welcoming and we love to go grab a quick cup of coffee for free, and in the summer the pool is definitely the place to be, from BBQ'ing with friends to playing water volleyball when one of the other residents brings a net!! Overall, this has been the best apartment that we have lived in and by far the best price for the quality!!
