Would suggest location is good and floor plans are good. Would highly warn about noise, parking and trash.
Thank you for your comments and concerns, without your feedback we would never be able to make corrections to these problems. We understand your concern with parking, and that is why we recently installed 25 new parking spots throughout the property. We are also in the process of converting some of these to new visitor spots. Trash is an on going problem that we are working tirelessly to solve, and have decided to hire an extra maintenance individual who's sole job is to maintain and clean the property. Again thank you for your concerns, and we hope that you have a wonderful year!

I felt the walkways to the apartment doors were very dark even during the day. If the space could have been bright and vibrant, I would have taken notice and been pleasantly surprised. I was anticipating a professional brochure for keep and review.
Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our community. The breezeways are not open, so it seems to be a little less light. We are replacing the bulbs to LED so it will put off more light.

We are currently in the process of changing all the lights in the hallways to LED lights and unfortunately our hallways are not open breezeways which can make them seem a little bit darker than normal. Because our company is committed to the environment and to an all digital process we no longer use brochures, and all of our information can be found through our website. It seems like a different kind of renter lives here now compared to when I moved in. The renters now think nothing of unloading their old sofas by the trash bins ... and then they sit there for a while before they are cleared away.

I know this is beyond your control, but the trees in front of the complex that are now being replaced by a commercial building and a carwash are now a major turnoff to me.

I know the construction is a sore sight right now, it will be over soon. The carwash being built is an upscale carwash, and the owner said the trees along the fence line is staying. I hope this will put some of concerns at ease.

We did refer a friend and found out that the rental rates have gone up drastically since the complex was taken over by new management.

This is a very nice community. As soon as I entered the leasing office, I felt its inviting atmosphere. I noticed two young boys who were sitting at the coffee bar doing their homework. In another area, there was a gentleman watching television. The community has an easy-going relaxed ambiance. The agent was exceptional.

heart breaking place for me!

I have leaved here for almost two years only for the sake of the school district. I found it difficult to deal with the apartment staffs. when I need something and ask I feel disrespected. I am not sure if they treat every body the same. bugs are common in my apt . even though I reported a year a go , they discovered it recently. and the treatment was very slow. today when I come home my door was left unlocked and my new sofa was cut off by scissor. I know they came to treat the bed bugs but they did not inform me they would cut my staffs. it took me long years to buy new sofa and..what am I feeling I don't know

I don't know if the apt workers treat every body equal. for me I feel I am disrespected. the apt has a lot of issues . the ac system has a problem, bugs are everywhere and treatment is very slow...
