Has no Child Park and pet owners are not at all responsible and management does nothing than sending emails.

The price is high for a two bedroom overlooking a parking lot with dog poop.
The pool is not clean
The trash cans are dirty
There are not enough parking spaces near building one
The community washers are old.
The door entry to the laundry area is broken and no one seems to care to fix it. it is stuck.
the gate has been broken for two years. i pay for a gated community but not given one and you still charge me for it.
The lights in the breezeway are not bright.
there are no uniforms for the residence complaint and no clear number to call. when you call you are given a number and that person gives you another number.

I LOVE this apartment community. The only complaint I have is with the visitor parking. It makes it difficult to have gatherings at my home. Otherwise I feel like it's well-kept and the people who work here are professional. Thanks!

I would not cause the gate is a joke. Always seems to be broken right after it's fixed and fixing it again takes forever. I would cause it's good space, comfortable environment, and close to many working locations.

The management has their hands full. The residents do not take care of the property or their kids! They are not respectful of other residents.

I love the community feel that is fostered by the children who run and play around the complex. I know some people have complained about their noise, but I find their energy and games to be refreshing and the children make the Marquis feel like a home, rather than a place to store yourself and your things until something better comes along. I think the children should be given more designated play areas, and should be encouraged to run and have fun together. They are the heart of this place, in my opinion.

I think that potential residents must be able to see the model of apartment they are looking for and not a fully furnished, model apartment. The rent must be clearly displayed in the web page and not having them call in order to "see" the price. Fairness can take you a long way.

There should be some place 4 kids to play. May be behind building 3 there can be some swings for kids too.

CWS Corporate do not give their property managers enough budget to keep up their properties. This comes from numerous property managers. Whomever CWS Corporate hired that is trying to trim costs is making tenants not renew and move-out.
