We have taken steps over the past year to address our friendly animals by installing an additional 10 new pet waste stations so our residents have easy access to them throughout all grassy areas. We will continue to monitor this issue and address any residents not following our strict animal clean up policy.

DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!
Stay away from this place!!
I lived in these apartments for over a year. If not for access to Great Oaks Elementary, the home school - I would have given this one star. My list of complaints in big:
Parking - It's crazy that you have to pay for a garage or a car port to find parking reasonably close to your apartment on weekdays. There are no assigned spots for residents. Although, this got better towards the end of my lease.
Visitor Parking - This is a complete nightmare. They have literally 10 - 15 spots for visitors. Half of them are hidden away and someone visiting you for the first time will never find them. If they park in spots not marked "Visitors" they will get towed with a $200 charge to get your car back.
Hardwood floors - They charge a premium for "Hardwood Floors". They are nothing more than thin strips of wood stuck to bare concrete (not sure what you call these). They are really hard even to walk on. They have these even in the bathrooms and they keep coming off when the floor gets wet. Not even worth an extra dollar.
Move out nightmare - I was never offered a walk through when I was moving out. I was hit with a $250 bill for painting the whole apartment. While, all I had were a few scratches on about 4 walls. I even have pictures that the apartment sent me, to back this up. When asked for a walk through about 10 days after I left, they said they couldn't do that because some one else had moved in. When I moved out they told me that there would be no charges for touch ups, which these are. Later they claimed that this was standard process. I tried to reason with them over email - I would get a reply from them once in 3 or 4 days. I tried calling them and it would always go to a voice mail. I have heard similar complaints from other tenants who moved out during the same time. I am glad I moved out of there.
They had billed me for other damages that I gladly paid. Its not the money, but the dishonesty that I am dissapointed about. Hope this steers at least some people away from these apartments....
