I would have leased there based on the homey vibe from the homes and the dog park. I really liked that they had a huge off leash dog park, and I run so the quarter mile trail was also very appealing. I could also tell that they liked to keep a clean community so that certainly sold me on the property.

Beautiful and tranquil retreat that was surrounded by lush trees and scenic landscaping. The leasing professional was wonderful and gave me a great presentation. I would refer others to this community.

It's a good community. Would be better with a designated area for kids to play. And more parking! And cleaner hallways.

Depends on if they have children or what their family situation is.

I was impressed when driving up to the community. The buildings were well maintained and the grounds were very clean. The leasing consultant was very nice and professional. She seemed very genuine while helping me determine my needs.

The kids have taken over the apartment complex and don't seem to respect Iher residents. They are contantly I the streets riding bikes, skateboards, scooters, etc and have no regard for cars driving past. I have witnessed kids jumping out in front of cars or not moving out the street while cars are trying to park. The sad thing is these are smaller kids that don't have parental supervision while they are running wild outside.

I know of some complexes that allow long term residents to lock in an affordable rate b3cause they don5 plan on moving. That isnt the case. I have lived in the complex over 6 years. About 3-4 different leading companies and it appears only the initial owner was concerned with keeping long term residents satisfied.

I don't know why I wouldn't recommend it, honestly, there's way too many positive things to say about our experience! We love it here.

The leasing professional was genuinely interested in my needs and was helpful. He seemed to care about their residents and the community.

Because of the exorbant amount of animal feces in grass and bird poop that is way too much for me so I would assume the same for other families with children.

Overall I was very impressed with the property. The apartment toured was very large for the money and well laid out to meet all needs for a two bedroom, two bath configuration. The pool area was extremely inviting and the garage with back door to a breezeway leading to the apartment was a very nice touch. The dog park was a great feature and the hiking trails offered a great outdoor experience for hikers and joggers. I would definitely put the property on my AAA list for what was offered for the price.

I have lived here for a long time and everyday it gets worst! The hallways stairs railings are all full of bird poop and so dirty. There is dog poop everywhere and the office those not care. There is no parking after 10pm and don't even think about inviting people over. Let me tell you about the pool, the pool is yellow you dont even want to swim in it anymore. The gym is missing everything and is not taken care, the laundry machines dont even work and the office is rude!!!!

Stay away from this place!!

I lived in these apartments for over a year. If not for access to Great Oaks Elementary, the home school - I would have given this one star. My list of complaints in big:

Parking - It's crazy that you have to pay for a garage or a car port to find parking reasonably close to your apartment on weekdays. There are no assigned spots for residents. Although, this got better towards the end of my lease.

Visitor Parking - This is a complete nightmare. They have literally 10 - 15 spots for visitors. Half of them are hidden away and someone visiting you for the first time will never find them. If they park in spots not marked "Visitors" they will get towed with a $200 charge to get your car back.

Hardwood floors - They charge a premium for "Hardwood Floors". They are nothing more than thin strips of wood stuck to bare concrete (not sure what you call these). They are really hard even to walk on. They have these even in the bathrooms and they keep coming off when the floor gets wet. Not even worth an extra dollar.

Move out nightmare - I was never offered a walk through when I was moving out. I was hit with a $250 bill for painting the whole apartment. While, all I had were a few scratches on about 4 walls. I even have pictures that the apartment sent me, to back this up. When asked for a walk through about 10 days after I left, they said they couldn't do that because some one else had moved in. When I moved out they told me that there would be no charges for touch ups, which these are. Later they claimed that this was standard process. I tried to reason with them over email - I would get a reply from them once in 3 or 4 days. I tried calling them and it would always go to a voice mail. I have heard similar complaints from other tenants who moved out during the same time. I am glad I moved out of there.

They had billed me for other damages that I gladly paid. Its not the money, but the dishonesty that I am dissapointed about. Hope this steers at least some people away from these apartments....

This was a beautiful community situated in a quiet area and setting. The apartments were modern and classy. The bedroom was large and memorable. The bathroom was large and had a great overall feel to it. I would be very excited about calling a place like this home.
