I would recommend the apartment community for its location near nice shops and restaurants, but at this time I would not recommend the apartment community for its peace and quietness.

Maintenance issues that aren't handled properly. Rent increases with no community updates or apartment updates. Not enough guest parking. Security officer not very pleasant.

Apartments are a great location, but I have had noise issues with neighbors and seems there is never anyone (after hours) to contact. A courtesy officer would be nice to have on the premises.

There is a strip club across the street, so that would give me pause. But the apartment itself is good.

Just depends on what my friend/family member is looking for. It's a good location if you don't want to live in the hustle and bustle of Atlanta, but it's super close and convenient and like I said, lots of space for the money. Also, it's tough to find a nice place with a good pet policy, so I would recommend if it fit someone's needs.

I think the aparttment is slightly overpriced and they do not have a priority of retaining current residents or residents that have lived in the apartment for many years

i dont think its quit worth the money they are asking for these apartments, they are old and could use some tender love and care

I like where I live. The community is pretty much young professionals. The location is accessible to all the major spots in ATL w/o actually having to be in the middle of the congestion. I used to work in midtown and my commute was about 15-20 minutes w/ traffic. Now I work in buckhead and my commute is 7. you can get anywhere in the city (roughly) in about 20 minutes and that's saying a lot. Plus, you're close enough to Buckhead and Midtown without paying Buckhead and Midtown prices. Well at least I didn't pay those prices. If you keep hiking up my rent, I WILL be paying those prices!
