I've actually stopped people from considering living here from my experiences and the way I've been treated. Your management is very poor and customer service isn't a value here. It took me 1 whole month to be able to sign my lease and even after calling and emailing multiple times. When it was time to finally move in, my apartment wasn't available to move in and I was told this 4 days before my lease was going to start. When I finally got another apartment as I was promised on my lease on the date of my lease, the AC was broken and the apartment had not been clean. It took a week and half to fix my AC in the middle of the summer.

I would discourage anyone I know from living here. They have a nice pool and front office, giving the illusion that it is a 'luxury' apartment complex, but once you get past the front, you can tell that it is all an illusion.

I would recommend this property due to its proximity. Maybe it’s just because my apartment is older but I’d not recommend it due to fair pricing for what you get. That said, it’s a beautiful property and I’ve enjoyed living here. If any asked me, I’d give them the good and the bad and let choose.

The apartments and amenities are superb, Neighbors are not a bother, the parking sitiuation needs improvement. There is not enough guest parking and or black top spaces typically during the weekends after office hours.

My leasing agent, and their counterpart, were amazing. The quickly established a rapport and i forgot that I was even touring. The property was nice - it was well-kept, maintained, and organized. There were building that were being renovated at the time so that was even better. The amenities were clean and the apartments were really beautiful and cozy.

Although the leasing office was very busy when I entered, the leasing agent was personable and professional. The property grounds were well maintained and manicured. There was construction going on in one of the buildings, which did take away from the appeal of the community. Overall, an excellent community and excellent service staff.
