As a resident who has lived here almost 4 years, I was flabbergasted to find out my lease would not be renewed when it ends in December. Always paid my rent on time have always been respectful of my neighbors and never had any complaints from tenants or office staff. I was basically told by Tiffany McGuire it was due to some of my complaints to the office. Seems highly unfair and I would never recommend someone live here and be penalized for legitimate complaints.

Would not - The parking situation is atrocious. Cockroaches roam the property at night like street gangs. Where is security? Staff makes promises that aren't communicated to rest of staff and therefore not honored (I have specific examples).
Would - can't beat the price for the location. Very centrally located. Staff and maintenance are very nice people.

As a real customer I would not live at this property based on the fact of the stray that was roaming the property and the leasing professional seemed un-phased by it as if it was a regular thing. I am allergic to cats so this would be a no for me.

The location is great but the "renovations" are subpar. We're solely paying for the area/size. The units themselves are nothing stellar. The clubhouse is the nicest part of the complex. Parking is awful, amenities are often broken.

The only way I would is if they were fair on renewals with everyone and the gate was really working more to keep outsiders from knocking on your door unexpectedly.
