Great location, happy with the physical apartment, beautiful grounds. However, I would definitely mention the guest parking problem, especially if I was talking to a fellow working Millennial who likes to spend their weekends hanging out with friends.

It's a good community, the front office is great, and the apartments are nice. The location is great and the gym is as good as an apartment gym can get.

If your paying for security you should get security ... also there is no parking available near too many buildings and the towing restriction has just made things worse ... their is also inadequate lighting when walking through stairway from guest parking to 500 building which I do not feel is safe.

People often ask me about the Marq because of its location and general good condition. However, I am always quick to tell the parking horror stories. They all say the same things at that point: "Hell no!" or "No thanks, I don't want to deal with that all the time. I just want to rent an apartment and come home and relax after work."

Change the parking. Shouldn't have to pay for covered parking. I Oark in Guest parking 5 days a week because of this.

I have actually made 2 attempts to recommend this apartment complex to others. The reason they went with other nearby apartments is because they couldn't get ahold of anyone at the office. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Why would someone live somewhere where they can not get a hold of their landlord when ever necessary?
