The property offers spacious apartments, but the amenities are not special, the community doesn't have any perks, and, overall, it pales in comparison to nearby competitors.

I really like they people in the office as well as the maintenance people, they're always there to help out. The location is good but also a little sketchy (which we knew going into it) which is why it's an 8 and not a higher recommendation.
