Please clean the filthy pool and the floodingall around when it rains. It need somekink of drainage. Funiture is the same when I moved here in 1982

The agent was impersonal. I was more enthusiastic about the apartment than she was. There was a lot of awkward silence during the call and visit. We did not connect. I cannot fairly rate the amenities because I only saw the mail kiosk and courtyard.

I would like to see more doggy stations around the property for picking up waste. They are very spread apart and we have so many dogs in the complex it would be nice to have an increase in this. I would also love to have more community functions. Last year's movie by the pool side was such a nice event that all could participate in no matter your disabilities. Also, I would like to see the dog park worked on a bit. There are those of us that have miniature dogs that are afraid to take them to the park because there are gaps in the gate that small dogs can fit through. Believe me mine have. Maybe it would be helpful to divide the dog park area in to 2 areas with gates. One for small dogs and one for large dogs.

It's not an awful place to live but when I am honest with those I recommend it to they would not pay what I pay for a one bedroom. I mostly recommend to get the referral. I know that I can find the same value or better in other locations, without paying too much more. just didn't want to move again.
