I would not recommend it because of the nearly 1 year construction noise ahead.

The maintenance is not great around the outside. There is dog poop everywhere, the inside of the apartment smells funky in the hallways, the treadmill is broken, the pool was broken for 3 months

Rent is high and gym equipment broken.

I would recommend these apartments too someone looking for a nice place to live close to shopping with gray amenities. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I love the building, it is secure and the outside looks good with the exception of the construction all over the place.
