The hallways sometimes have a sour smell - probably due to all the dogs in the building and the fact the trash is run through them daily.

I believe the neighborhood, community and the units are all a wonderful experience. Rents are over inflated throughout the city, but I believe CWS is workable on that account as well.

Too many careless cigerette smokers who litter the walkways, rocks, common areas, especially the pool area during the summer with their cigerette butts. hallways often reek of cigerette, or 'skunk weed" smoke, stairway leading down to Bismark is always dirty, lighting always out, surrounding landscaping has always been in poor shape. Sadly, it's embarrasing to have people come over. It has really turned into a grubby place.

I have recommended it several times and have them come to my apartment to see how each person can decorate it and it is large enough to have a couple or a small family

It is noisy. We hear people and pets walking overhead all the time and doors slamming. It would be good to install some door closers. Other than that we really enjoy living here.

We do have courtesy patrol available after hours so please be sure to reach out to them after hours to address any immediate noise concerns.
