The community was exceptionally lovely. They had resident events and there were so many things that I was jealous to not have. I was struck by how small the gym was for how big of a community, but there was also no one using it, so maybe it did not need to be bigger. I was happy that there was a library, an honest to goodness library, that I could just walk in and feel welcome to add to it and organize it how I saw fit. The way some of the apartments were set it, gave you almost a feeling like you had a small home with all of the great amenities of a truly great apartment community.

Thank you so much for your review. It is always our intention to keep our community looking and running it's best. We've had quite a few projects completed this year that did take quite a bit of time. We are excited that our Library and Conference Room have had a full make over this year as well as our Pool Deck being completely resurfaced. We have a lot of projects in mind for 2017 as well so keep a look out for them!

The community was very nice. It showed well. I loved the pool tables in the recreation room. The computers in the Business Center were very up-to-date. The gym looked very nice with good equipment. Once the pool was up and running, along with the hot tub, I think it would be very nice and seemed like a very comfortable area to enjoy the afternoon in. I really liked the second courtyard, it had a very nice serene effect. The layout for the apartment I was shown was very open and inviting. I liked the layout and it had a very comfortable feel to it.

Community management has a long way to go before this community should be recommended

Rent is too high.

We do adjust our pricing daily to make sure we are staying competitive with all the other properties in our community. Our property really represents that well. We do hold 2-3 resident events per month with different events each month catering to every type of resident to build that sense of community and have some fun. I'm sorry that the community didn't feel like a fun, upbeat environment for you to live in. We would love suggestions for any resident events that may help change the way that feels.

My perception as a possible renter was really about average. I did not notice anything out of the ordinary or unique. The sales agent was not someone who stood out as exceptional, but she did a good job. The only unique amenity was the library. I felt there were other places that offered more for less. Also, the community was not really easy to find. There were not any signs indicating where it was located or that it was even there until I walked up to the front door.
Thank you so much for coming to visit our property! We enjoyed showing you around. Our library definitely is a stand out feature and we are proud to have it in our community. I apologize that it was difficult to find our leasing office. There are many restrictions placed by the City of Lone Tree that don't allow us to place any additional signage.

I would, but not in the courtyard facing the pool and hot tub. Too noisy after hours.

It was a pleasure meeting with you in our office last week and it is our goal to make sure the noise issues at the pool after hours subside. We have posted signs stating pool hours, sent property wide emails and had meetings with the head of our courtesy patrol in an effort to end this issue.

We would not recommend it with the same enthusiasm as would have a couple of years ago. As a matter of fact, we do not invite people into our home as much as we used to because they have noticed a decline in the property.

I understand there were multiple items that you were concerned about and I know that we have already addressed many of those items on property such as replacing the pool table, investigating the maintenance issues surrounding the pool lights and taking bids to get that project completed and hiring more cleaning crews to better maintain the property.

In regards to your question about safety, it was very unfortunate that a couple of our apartments were broken into. However, we have taken multiple steps to ensure, as much as possible, the safety of our residents. We've hired on site courtesy patrol officers, completed fob audits to make sure only current residents have fobs and no one else, made sure all of our camera systems are fully operational and had all of our doors and locks carefully inspected to make sure they are in good working order.
