It was a pleasure meeting with you in our office last week and it is our goal to make sure the noise issues at the pool after hours subside. We have posted signs stating pool hours, sent property wide emails and had meetings with the head of our courtesy patrol in an effort to end this issue.

I understand there were multiple items that you were concerned about and I know that we have already addressed many of those items on property such as replacing the pool table, investigating the maintenance issues surrounding the pool lights and taking bids to get that project completed and hiring more cleaning crews to better maintain the property.
In regards to your question about safety, it was very unfortunate that a couple of our apartments were broken into. However, we have taken multiple steps to ensure, as much as possible, the safety of our residents. We've hired on site courtesy patrol officers, completed fob audits to make sure only current residents have fobs and no one else, made sure all of our camera systems are fully operational and had all of our doors and locks carefully inspected to make sure they are in good working order.
