Halls smell. Overall the building feels un-kept. Hot tub is down with no compensation (FEIN gave us passes to rec center). Grill has no lights around it making it unusable after dark.

My customer experience was very pleasing. I enjoyed seeing the grounds and the Japanese garden was very calming. I would love to take a book out by it! I would recommend the community as it was also in an upcoming area.

i am still uncertain if the issues will be resolved regarding the issues with the kids, appearance and upkeep of the complex. trash needs emptied more often.

Good location. Floors are thin though and rent is pricey.

The dog poop issue is better, however people still do not pick up after their pets, and it seems like it still is not cleaned up

We need to hold people accountable for things such as improper trash disposal, "storage" in parking spots, cleaning up after pets, etc. We need elevator areas painted, hallways spruced up a bit, starting to look messy from the time you pull into the garage to the walk to the apartment door.
