LOVE the Marq!
I moved into the Marq three and a half years ago, and I still get excited to come home every single day! I love everything about this place...friendly staff, secure premises, quick response to any maintenance needs, clean, new, fresh. I feel like I am living at a resort!

Great living space!
The Marq at Ridgegate has been a great living experience for us so far. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and all around great people. The beauty of the Marq is how diverse it is from very family friendly to a great place for singles as well with great amenities. The apartments itself are nicely done and have new appliances. Great space for us! It is close to two great parks in walking distance for kids and dogs and easy to get around. Great choice to live here.

Best Move Ever!
We recently sold our home of 30yrs and could not be happier here-Everyone in the front office is so helpful and friendly-maintenance folks are the same-The exercise facility is great! Would recommend "our" new home to anybody!!

Great Place to Live!!!!
I have lived here for almost 2 years and it is everything I could ask for in apartment living. It is quiet, offers great ammentities and is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and knows you by name. If you're looking for a family friendly complex with modern accommodations, I would recommend the Marq at Ridgegate.

Amazing Building inside and out
I have been here for a year now and just renewed my lease for another year, its strictly because I love my apartment. The Building Of The Marq is wonderful, its always well lite and clean and it makes for a good environment. It is so nice to have the parking garage in the building because I get to park on my floor in my spot and my car is always covered and safe. The Marq is a wonderful place to live and I dont plan on moving any time soon

I saw very polite and professional residents. A few younger children I saw were quiet and the parents acted responsibly. The entire community was spotless. The amenities were everything I would look for in an apartment community.
