My experience at that community was very pleasant. The agent on site was professional and she presented the community very well. The grounds were very well kept up and free of trash and or debris. The signs were visible and the apartment home and the community were beautiful. Overall I was impressed and I would recommend that community to others.

I like that I feel safe and I love the key FOB entry - I just wish on a Sunday if the battery needed changed it was easier. For the most part I dont hear noises from neighbors. I like being able to park on the same floor I live on.

Again, I need to know when a package/overnight mail is delivered. Apparently there is not enough staffing to accomplish this.

For a high end, luxury apartment building, the finishes could really use some style and updating. The light fixtures were very low quality. The countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen were outdated and the interior paint color falls flat. The hallway interiors were indistinguishable from one another and confusing. The colorful graphic carpet was jolting and quite outdated. Overall, the finishes and styling in the hallways and the apartments were not comparable to those in other apartments in the area and same price range.

Not well maintained and promises not kept. Example: Grill in TERRIBLE condition and unusable by health-minded. Manager promised new grill in Spring letter; did not happen.

I would recommend my building because it's quiet and my neighbors are quiet. This is very important to me. I also love having covered parking, and I'm lucky that the folks that park near me are courteous and always park inside their spot. However, picking up packages from the front office staff is a chore. Last time I waited until a tour was completed; the staff member ignored me until the prospective clients left. She then seemed irritated that I didn't know how big the package was. It was a game of 20 questions - when did it arrive, who is it from, what's your name, what color is it.

The location and value is good, and I love the spaciousness of the apartments. A major downside for me is that other residents are not held to the standards/rules, which creates a less comfortable environment for everyone. Frequently people smoke inside the garage near the entrances which smells, and leave piles of ashes which is unsightly. People also store grills and other items in the garage and it makes it looks messy and unkempt.

I have enjoyed living here and while I would recommend this place, I would mention the high cost and some of the less awesome things like the dirty floors and small gym with no sound system that we can plug into, as well as the lessened community events as of late.
