Apartment itself is great.. exterior hallways floors need replaced ... every floor should be vacuumed once a week walls are scraped and dented

The property was very impressive. The apartment was very spacious and updated. There were amenities within the community that I had not seen before such as the garden and library.

Road noise and upstairs neighbor noise are not ideal, and valet trash is an unnecessary amenity, but overall quite satisfied.

The property was very nice, neat, and clean. It was very modern and the sidewalks and signage were very clean. I liked the design of the common areas and I really loved the library; that was a unique area compared to other properties.

The negative that is the most challenging is the noise I hear from the apartment just above me! I can hear every step taken,furniture being moved and even voices at times.

This was a very updated community even though the building was built in 2010. The amenities were nice.
