I really like these apartments, the quality of the apartment and how respectful the staf is , is a good quality.

keep grounds clean and picked-up. Power wash hallways - nasty!

Maintenance could be a little more timely and the parking lots could be cleanec more often to remove litter. Leasing office agents are very friendly but usually seem overwhelmed upon arrival at the leasing office. It's a great location

James is great getting us into our new place, he always is available for questions.

Maintenance is awesome. Responsive, professional and courteous. No longer a good value forhte money. Rent increases are ridiculous, Hello new home! No drop box for rent is inconvenient and hallsways are filthy

The location keeps getting better and better. Love how close it is to Cherry Creek Train and Cherry Creek State Park's Dog Park

For those of us who work night shifts and get home late, its not a great feeling to have nowhere close to your home to park, especially with bad weather, carrying groceries et..... Only recommend if you don't work late

Mirna, Seth and James are professional, attentive and courteous and represent teh company ina consistently excellent manner. All the maintenance staff I have interacted with have been professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Need to ensure service requests are fulfilled sooner, particularly maintenance requests. We complaine that there were stains in teh bathtub and commode, but no one was sent to fix the issue. WE almost compalined 3 to 4 times with no response yet.

Maintenance requests are usually responded to promptly. Friendly staff. Rent is pricey and has increased every year, starting to get very expensive and beginning to contemplate other housing options.

My biggest complaint wiht this place is parking. Ihave been in the situation severl times where there wwere zero spots in the entire complex. This is unacceptable and one of the big reasons we are moving. visotr parking is small and very far away from our apartment.
