More clean up in hallway. More clean up in parking lot.

There will be an area in community/park where dogs/pets are not allowed because pet waste is all over the place. There should be one set parking space allocated to each apartment. More activities should be planned.

Parking is very annoying on the East side of complex. Not enough spaces are available, so if returning home late during the week, you have to park quite far away regularly. Office hours are also tricky. this is the first complex I've live in that the office closes at 6 p.m. during the week. I leave for work before you open and get back after you close. No reccling. We got notice a while ago about power washing hallways, never happened The property looks great, though!

When maintenance comes to fix a problem, they stay until it is done unless they have to order parts. Very personable. Generally speaking, landscaping is beautiful! When we ask for help, especially James, they will bend over backwards to accommodate us. As understaffed as it has been, I don't know how maintenance manages to do as well as it does. Maintenance is bad about cleaning up after completing a work order. Very poor enforcement of property rules (dogs, park, Christmas lights, trash in hallways, etc.) Beginning to price itself out of market of the type of people it tends to attract. Parking at East side trash compactor is nonexistent, as renters take the few available spaces. Need to reserve at least one space for those delivering trash. Visitor parking policy is a bit confusing/ludicrous. Can they parking behind garage of those they are visiting? Having to park at clubhouse is very, very cold. Need to provide ETA on maintenance requests. Generally, really good.

Improve parking and hallways of buildings. Otherwise, it's good.

Need more aprking spaces. Need access to workout facility after hours.

Great location for us. I would like to see the hallways outside cleaned up. Parking late at night is really bad! No spots left. Everyone starts parking in the red, will we get towed?

We have lived here for 4 years. Wen we moved in, Christina managed the community and did an amazing job. She left recently and then maintenance/response declined considerably. I have placed 2 requests via online system and have yet to receive any response, it's been over 2 months.

Trash on property and in parking lots is seldom picked up, unlike being done daily when we first moved in. Breezeways are rarely cleaned. When complaints are made regarding nouse or people trashing the property, management does nothing.

The staff is awesome and very accommodating.

I am fully satisfied with my stay here.

Very high turnover in staff. I have requested a garage/carport 7 times, I gave up. I purchased a car cover instead. I told four people about the chips in the floor of the bathtub in the second bathroom, took 5 times to repair. My daughter thinks it is so ugly that she refuses to take a shower in that bathroom.

James has been efficient and great, deserves a promotion and raise! Entryways are stained from leaving garbage in front of doors, awful! Should leave trash on ground level on grassy areas like other apartment complexes do! Embarassed to have people come to my apartment.

Great job with activities held for residents. Ir eally like the way you address resident problems. Need improvement on handling online service requests. Quality of work done by maintenance staff needs to be improved in order to fix the problem on first try. Some deodoring needs to be improved during winter. Special thanks to James for all his assistance.

This is a great place to live, only problem is that rent keeps going up. I don't like the fact that people with pets do not pick up after their dogs, so kids keep stepping in it. I think there should be a designated area for dogs for every building.
