The community was okay. I did not see anything there I have not seen anywhere else.

This upscale community offered a wide variety of amenities including a putting green, car wash and large indoor theater. The smaller one bedroom apartment I toured included an enormous kitchen with a built-in wine rack, two walk-in closets and full size washer and dryer. Services included groceries delivered to your front door.

This was an exceptional community. It was in a great location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. It was also accessible to downtown and the tollway. The grounds were well kept and showed a lot of pride. The clubhouse was warm and inviting. There were a lot of amenities including a large exercise room with ample state-of-the art equipment. There was also an indoor and outdoor basketball court and a car wash.

It is a nice community, but the windows are too low to the ground.

The community gave great value for your money. The clubhouse and amenities shine. The apartment was warm and cozy and the extra storage space outside the front door was a big plus.

The leasing agent was friendly but did not try to get to know me personally. He offered good details about the community and apartment and gave an effective tour. My driver's license was not returned to me by the leasing agent at the end of my visit and I did not want to drive 20 minutes back to get it so I had to renew it.

The fitness center was nice and very well kept. I would not need a gym membership. The floor plans seemed spacious and not over priced.

The leasing professional was knowledgeable and able to give me options. He showed me both a model and a vacant apartment. They were well maintained and in good condition. The amenities were clean and in good repair. My impression was positive and I would likely recommend this community to family and friends.

Excellent community, excellent staff and a place I would love to call home.

This is a nice apartment complex. There is easy access to get around the Denver area. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is well done. The amenities included in the rent are what one would expect. The valet trash is an added extra bonus. The marketing table in the office area is a nice addition for the residents. The management staff is very friendly and caring.

The community was very pretty and well kept. I felt at home even though it was located off a busy street. The office smelled nice and was very clean.

The consultants were wonderful and full of excitement. Each of the consultants were willing and ready to help me find the right apartment. The apartment community was clean and the aesthetically pleasing. This was a great value when you realized all the available amenities. Definitely worth taking the tour.

The Leasing Professional's best qualities were her positive energy and her professionalism. She only spoke in positive terms about the community, her position there, and the tenants and co-workers at the community. She had a very engaging personality and was very professional in her presentation and overall knowledge.

I felt comfortable. The leasing professional and the other staff members I encountered were very polite and professional. I felt they would try to solve problems.
