The trash compactor and landscape in that area are always a mess. As maintenance travels thru complex, have them make an effort to ppickup items and dispose of them. I have observed trash and discarded household items lying out up to 3 days at a time.

Trash pickup bad, need better management, nonresidents parking in resident area, and children playing in parking area.

Almost everything is great. My only complaint is that tenants often leave trash bags and trash cans outside in breezeway, looks bad.

There is not enough parking. They have been doing a better job at collecting pet waste, but I believe it should be enforced more. I have a pet and pickup after him every time, why can't everyone else?

Poor response/communication between office staff. Maintenance calls take repeated requests. Poor customer service when in the office.

Only complaint I have is parking and visitor parking.

More parking! Lots of cars without passes. Bubbler or hot tub. We are moving out in 2 weeks due to rent increase, we would have stayed if apartments/amenities compared to other places in similar price range.

Over grown bushes and garbage gathers in drainage dithes. Cigarette butts thrown out of window onto rocks.

Beautiful location, very dog friendly, no gated access (yay because I hate gates,) and very quiet.

Parkig is a really big problem. 90% of the time in the evening I can't find any parking. I'm forced to park outside apartment complex or in handicap parking spots. It would also be really awesome to have a playground. I have a 2 year old that loves playgrounds and I don't always have time to driver her to one because of work. When I do drive her, I risk going home and not having a parking spot.

Grounds are always well kept and staff is super friendly.

I enjoy just about every aspect of living at Coyote Ranch. The only frustration I have is with not adequate parking in the evenings or not close/somewhat close parking to my apartment. I do not feel there is adequate, or any, enforcement of residents only parking.

I was promised a new stove at my last lease renewal because mine is horrible. They did minor fixes, but my oven temps are still impossible to cook with and my burners are sloped so badly that I have to keep turning my pans to cook eveny and use a block to hold pans even. I love food and cooking this way is very frustrating. My bathroom counter had a crack when I moved in that Lydia said was too large to fix, and they ordered a new one for me. I have yet (3 years) to see it. My water faucet has been leaking for over a year. Nonstop stream of water drops at base of building. I was promised a new one before last Christmas but nothing has arrived. That's a huge cost in water and heating for me!! Not good!!
