Parking situation is pretty bad, seems like there aren't enough spots for residents. It is also an issue, to me, that people with garages aren't parking in/in front of their garages and instead take up spots that people without garages desperately need.

Great customer service.

Maintenance service needs improvement. I have to put multiple service requests in to get things fixed. Sometimes, maintenacne service takes multiple days, even if request is urgent. Online maintenance requests are not followed up with on time. Rent is great and no issues with all other things.

Number parking spaces.

Staff is great, better than any other place I have lived. Repair guy took about 2-3 weeks to finally come visit and fix our door.

We need separate collection for recyclables.

I would like to give a few suggestions on maintenance-related work. Most of the time, maintenance requests are not taken care of on time. I do agree that they come based on a priority basis, but at the same time, it should get resolved at some later point fo time. Please try to resolve maintenance issues as soon as possible.

I have lived at Coyote Ranch for eight years. Live living here, but rent increases are very difficult.

Everything is great except for the stairs and entrys. I asked maintenance about cleaning during the 1st year (on 3rd lease) and was told they usually do that in the fall- they have never been cleaned since we've been here - since 1/2013. They are stained, very dirty and neighbors on at least 2 floors leave dog waste (wrpaped) outside their doors for days at a time.

Security gate is open for sometime and doesn't seem to be working. Hence the request after to make the gates operationsl for hte safety of the residents and to elinate unauthorized access of non-resident after hours.

Great place to live and everyone is great

Here at Coyote Ranch keep the entrance and around the pool beautiful with flowers and plants. I live in building X for over 4 years and each year I ask the manager why we cant have some easy to maintain perennials like ever blooming daylilies. Flowers always enhance the beauty of any community. It is a good investment. Dont have to over plant, really! This is a big concern to this 80 yr old resident Why did we here in Aurora, ?Co have to become 3rd highest rent increase in teh nations? The top two increases were both in California. Also for htose planning to live here more than 2 yr.s. sign a long term lease, shows appreciation that they want you to stay here.

The dog poop is all over, would like to have better enforcement on making sure poop is cleaned up. We do it there is no reason others cannot.
