Everything is really good, probably except the limited spaces of parking available during night. Also , Please try and add more garages/carports. It's really disproportionate to number of apartments.

All of Coyote Ranch Apts. staff are nice and respectful. I feel very welcome by all who work here. the things I would change are making it more kid friendly by building a little fenced in playhground and proved more parking spaces. Overall I'm very impressed with the maintenance and professionalism here.

Parking at night on east side is impossible, no open spots. No garages were available.

The manager and maintenance personnel are doing a great job. We find them responding to our needs and concerns on time. There is one thing we would like to request for, in additiona to the volleyball court, a playground for kids within apartment premises will be greatly appreciated. thanks

Great location! Only two minutes from a shopping area and food places. @ minutes from the movie theaters and bowling. The office staff is okay, sometimes we have to call several times or re-submit work order to have the process started for repairs. Some staff are extremely feindly and go the extra mile, while others can be rude and make one feel very insignificant; just depends on who it is.

The manageer doesn't respond to any issues we've had. Completley ignores multiple emails. It would be nice to have any response rather than being ignored.

Service is good, friendly staff and very helpful.. Problem is with the parking! Every apt. should have one assigned space. People who work late can't find a parking space anywhere close to your own bldg. and may have to park outside the community. Also, some people have two vehicles and one never moves and ties up a space. Very dissatisfied with this!! Need a phone call to discuss!

Please allocate visitor parking spaces near buildings 11-13. No recreational access available for kids' please arrange/assemble a kid play area. Great service by support/leasing staffs, that keep the resident stay longer

Im very happy in Coyote Ranch apts.

James is always very friendly and helpful. He is usually who we talk to, although the whole staff is always willing to help.

I once had maintenance enter my apt. while I was away, they were suppposed to be in there and had gone to the wong unit. I hope this never happens again. I don't want random people in my unit when they shouldn't be. Also I once had a request to put in to change my smoke detector batter, I never heard back from anyone, two weeks later I did it myself. The battery is over 10 years old and never been changed. Parking after about 6pm is a joke!

Parking needs addressed

Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot during evening hours. Relationship with people in the office sometimes is not as well as desired. Other than that, water bill too high for 2 bedroom apartment size.

Garage/covered parking is important to us and we have been on a wait list for sometime. At least one covered and/or assigned spot per apartment would be amazing. The manager has helped us and been amazing, Deanna.....with handling concerns in a timely/satisfactory manner; however, we have worked iwth others in teh office where issues were not resolved at all.
