I would love to live here, because the customer services was great. The outside area was clean and it seemed like a very quiet place to live. I love that the school is really close and the inside of the apartment feels like a house.

The amenities at this location blew me away! I had never seen a community with a movie room. The fitness center was the best I have seen in an apartment community. The leasing agent told me how the company that built the development is still managing it 11 years later and they really take good care of the place. I could tell that the leasing professional I met with really wanted to help me.

The apartment community was nicely maintained and I liked the fact that it would be gated. I think this was a fair price and the amenities were nothing different than the place down the road. Nothing stood out that I would like to have to live there. There was nothing negative about the visit, just nothing spectacular.

This was a large community, conveniently located by shopping areas. There was an inviting leasing office and professional staff who were great at showing appreciation for their residents and creating a sense of community with holding monthly events. A car wash and basketball court were a nice amenities.

I was impressed with how lush the club house felt. I also felt that there was a lot of care and consideration in making it a true community by offering amenities such as a discounted car wash. It definitely gave me a strong sense that I would be well cared for as a resident. I was impressed by the number of awards won by the property management company and that further solidified my sense that this was a quality organization and community. I felt that the apartment I viewed had a creative layout and I loved the open kitchen and expansive counter tops. The bathroom lay out and counter space was equally impressive. I felt that the open breezeway concept could be very uncomfortable and had this past winter in mind. It was a bright and sunny with a strong breeze during my visit. It was quite cold walking up to the apartment. I was also surprised that there was only one pool for such a large community. Overall, I would absolutely live there.

The community was presented as a place that would meet all my requirements. The amenities were much like all the other communities I have visited, so there was nothing that stood out.

It was a nice community. The leasing staff was great. The community was over priced compared to other communities, though. The hot tub was closed in the winter.

The clubhouse was a beautiful building with nice common areas.

This was overall a nice community. I think for the price they could offer more updated appliances and different closets. The closet hanger to put cloths on was odd and did not look good in the apartment.

The community's amenities offered a slice of ranch style living, with exceptional value for the rental dollar.

Coyote Ridge offered the latest in modern apartment living with a full range of amenities. The location was close to shopping and transportation.
