I really like the community, the price is becoming prohibitive. most of my family and friends are not willing to pay the cost of rent here. As there are 5 units empty in my building, maybe someone else should not this too!

I like everything about this apartment and would certainly recommend this to my friends and family. The one thing that you may want to enforce is traffic rules when people are driving cars/bikes within the community. Often times I see people speeding up to 30-40 miles /hour and this can cause serious accidents to the pedestrians. Pls put STOP signs at all intersections within the Apartment community and send communication to the residents to follow rules while driving within the community.

I would love to recommend the complex to more people, but they also have pets. I would love to have a pet myself, but the monthly rate for having a pet seems excessive, especially when the pet, if taken proper care of, does not cause any problems.

Residents need to be better neighbors by being more considerate. For example, think of your neighbors when you have folks on your balcony or patio late at night or in the early morning.
