Like myself, a lot of others here in this complex, came from living in a house. This complex is just as comfortable as a house; it offers everything a house would, including good people to be around. I have not had a single negative experience while living here.

Overall, this is a great place to live. The location is close to the freeway and shopping, very convenient. Office personnel and maintenance are very responsive and helpful.
Drawback to the apartments are the noise levels. If you're expecting peace and quiet, you may be disappointed.

Fairmont at Willow Creek was recommended to me by a former co-worker who used to live here. She had nothing but positive things to say. Id recommend based on my experience, if the price was within their range, and it met the criteria they were looking for. There are a lot of positives to living here.

The yearly lease renewal is very expensive and upgrades we get is none for the rent we pay

Neighbors are noisy ... kids are always yelling at hallways

I applied for covered parking on march 20 2017, my friends applied after me got the parking slot. when i wen to check the status the manager wont be ther and support staff will take my mobile number and told me they will give a call. I NEVER received a call back and this happened 6 TIMES. i am done with this kind of behavior
