The complex is well maintained, I like my apartment and enjoy our location's proximity to the Humbug Creek walking paths. I feel safe walking around the complex at any time of the day or night.

This community would have to be rated five-star quality. The amenities such as fitness center, clubhouse and swimming pool were top quality and well-maintained. I was very impressed with the spaciousness of the apartment and the affordable price. The leasing representative was very customer friendly.

MY QUICK AND SHORT REVIEW: 
We really like it at The Fairmont at Willow Creek - great location, close to stores and restaurants, clean and well maintained. The staff and management are really nice; Carrie, Lacey, Cherilyn are all very friendly and professional. My floor plan is well laid out and has lots of storage spaces. The quality is pretty good; I have crown molding, newer appliances, and brand new carpet. There are plenty of open parking spaces. It is pretty quiet here. It is well-lit and feels safe. 

MY TOO MUCH DETAIL REVIEW: 
When I came to check out these apartments I met Carrie and she gave me a tour, answered all of my questions and was super nice. It wasn't until the end that I found out she was actually the property manager, I was pleasantly surprised because the property managers I have met usually wanted to make sure that you knew they were THE manager and that you were taking up their precious time, but this was not the case with Carrie she was kind and very friendly, I also met Cherilyn and they both made me feel like our family would be welcome here. 

When I was getting things set up for moving in I talked a lot with Lacey and she was sooo helpful, she gave me the phone numbers to everything I needed, got all our paperwork together quickly, and did it all with a smile. I have heard that management people are always nice to you only when you move in, but it is different here - Carrie, Lacey, Cherilyn are very professional and welcoming. I have observed them every time I come through the office and it's nice that they remember who I am, and I notice that they are on a first name basis with some of the residents, they are always happy to help whoever walks in the door, and they always offer my kids some cookies. :)

The floor plans here have good layouts which feel airy and open. The buildings and parking lot are well-lit at night and feels very safe. The quality of the apartment is pretty nice; I have crown molding, wood looking floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, brand new carpet, and newer looking appliances. In my floor plan there are actually a lot of storage areas and two walk-in closets and a pretty big storage closet out on the patio. I also like that the walls are a nice color, not stark white. Speaking of walls I actually haven't really heard my neighbors, I hear kids playing and screaming but its during the daytime and their windows just seemed to be open, and I think I've heard the garbage disposal run once so that's the extent of hearing my neighbors and I'm really quite happy about that. :)

It is a pretty quiet complex overall, I have not heard any obnoxiously loud cars or trucks, no loud music, no groups of rowdy kids or teenagers loitering, I have seen plenty of cute dogs but haven't heard any of them bark excessively. What I do see are some family oriented people bringing their kids to the pool, working people hauling their laptop briefcases home, some dog lovers walking their dogs around to the trails connected to the complex, people here have a friendly smile and keep to themselves.

There was one thing that needed to be fixed so I told Lacey in the office and in the same day within about an hour we received a call from the maintenance crew that they were on their way over. I wasn't there when maintenance arrived but my husband was and he said the maintenance person was polite, professional, and fast, he was nice and on task.

The parking situation, well it's an apartment parking lot so it's empty during the day and starts getting full after 5pm but there is plenty of open parking so I usually haven't had a problem finding a spot even after the midnight trips to Walmart. I pay extra for a garage which is relatively close to my place but it holds my junk whereas my actual reserved carport space is too far away but I'm on a waiting list to get one closer so fingers crossed.

I feel like we've made the right decision. Great location, best floor plan, best value, feels safe, is quiet, very clean, well maintained, great management and staff. One time I was in the office I even met someone from their corporate office I think her name was Janice anyway she was friendly and inquired as to if we were happy with everything here and I am pleased to say we are very happy here! :)

The staff are nice Maintenance staff is outstanding

I was very impressed with how professional and engaging the staff was. This apartment community was very nicely maintained.

I would recommend - The apartments are beautiful, the complex is safe, staff is helpful, great location.

The staff are great and the extra touches...movies, breakfast on Saturday, and quick response to concerns and or questions.

This apartment community is good. The location is convenient. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The only drawback in my opinion is the lack of sound barriers between apartments. I shouldn't hear my neighbor's TV/music or hear them chopping food in their kitchen.

I would have no concerns about recommending this location or living here.

Not for the amount of rent--INFLATED. Probably why there are so many empty apartments.

Community is well kept, lots of amenties and my apartment felt new when i moved in & still does, office and maintenance are nice and helpful, i love it

The grounds of the community and the common areas were all immaculate and in very good condition. The leasing agent had a warm and friendly demeanor, and made me feel very comfortable.
