The city of Folsom, California was thriving! There was a world famous mall within three miles and great shopping outlets and family friendly places to eat. There were a few spots to attract the single crowd, so there was something for everyone in the community.
We hope you choose to make your home at The Fairmont and enjoy all that our community as well as the city has to offer! It is a great place to call home.

The complex is always maintained at the highest level. I have noticed that the complex always stays full, so that means a lot of people love this lifestyle as well.

I loved the community and would totally consider moving here. The amenities and everything was nice. The apartment that I looked at was actually huge and over 1,000 square feet and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The price is high and community amenities are limited. Depending on what a friend is looking for we would or wouldn't recommend

The units are overpriced for what you get. Paper thin walls and an AC unit that barely works. Beautiful area though!

The property was immaculate from front to back. The employees were very warm, friendly, professional and helpful. The apartments were large and looked brand new. Convenient location to freeways, stores and parks.

We would totally recommend this complex for a number of reasons, the first being: these units and the grounds are very clean, there have been no "riff raft" meaning these units seem to attract friendly and professional people, these units are close to the nature trails...just to name a few of the benefits.

This was a meticulous community nestled among other communities, as well as residential homes. To someone looking to live in the Folsom area I would highly recommend it and I wish the management company would acquire other properties here in California beside just this one.
