The apartment community was beautiful. I loved the pool area and I liked how it had barbecues, as well. The 24 hour gym was very nice with a lot of equipment and weights. The office staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and this was definitely a place I would love to live.

It is a clean and quiet environment. Staff is kind. Requests are handled promptly. It has been a great experience living in the complex. People just need to manage their trash and pick up after their pets.

The community was well kept. The leasing agent was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. The rest of the staff was friendly.

The staff was very professional. The apartment community was very close to shopping and schools. In terms of shopping and entertainment, everything seemed well within reach. I would definitely recommend the community.

I totally recommend this community! It's just that for the people I know its too far from their office locations so it doesn't work out. So then the conversation turns into, well who are the managed by so I say CWS then they try to find other communities in the area but unfortunately there are none. If CWS expanded in California and bought up more communities or built new ones, especially in El Dorado Hills and Folsom and Roseville and downtown Sacramento, I think they would seriously be really popular and always full, and I think it's mainly because of the staff they hire, the staff here really seem to work as a real team, and also the policies that they have such as with maintenance responding so quickly, and they way the deposit bond thing works when moving in (actually I forgot what it means now all I know is it was only 100 to move in instead of whatever the normal is).

I have recommended my apartment community to friends, coworkers and acquaintances.

As mentioned above, when we first toured the facility during the day time hours on a weekend, it was fairly quiet and peaceful however, now that we have been here for a few months, it is much louder than we expected. The facility is very pretty, well maintained with nice amenities but the noise level is unacceptable.

I know that I am very picky, I know that before I would suggest someone live here, I would need to feel extremely good about it myself. I strongly do feel that.

The apartments lack a lot of function and neighbors are incredibly inconsiderate. As there is no property porter if we do not pick up after the trash our neighbors leave behind then no one will wishing is annoying and gross.

I would definitely recommend this place.

I have tried to recommend this place however it's hard to explain why my stairs have been under construction for so long when I have visitors and when cooking dinner the AC doesn't keep the place cool enough to be comfortable for entertaining guests

This was a fabulous community. The leasing professional was excellent, the amenities were stunning and the interiors were worthy of the word home. I would definitely refer this community to all of my friends.
