As my husband and I were looking for a place to live in the Folsom area, we saw dozens of apartments and met many leasing agents, and while all were nice, none compared to the Fairmont leasing agents.
We could tell right off that the staff took the time to know the residents - everyone that walked in while we were there was greeted by name.
Lacey showed us around, not just once, but on two different occasions, she quickly had our names down and made us feel welcome, and literally went out of her way on several occasions to provide us help.
We ended up choosing other housing accommodations that better suited our needs, but had we gone with an apartment complex in Folsom, the Fairmont would have been our top choice.

I would strongly recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends based on the information provided above. Primarily the apartment complex itself is very nice and comfortable to live in. The staff are professional and provide a friendly environment; it is a safe place to live; and local stopping areas are all very close by.

The staff was friendly. The apartment was clean, and well kept. The community was nice, clean and well maintained. The amenities were nice and appealing.

Would recommend based on location, amenities & great staff. One drawback is minimal soundproofing in walls. Can easily hear neighbors.

The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The grounds were immaculate and quiet. I was not impressed by the apartment I viewed at all. It was a two bedroom and both bedrooms were quite small. In fact the whole apartment was small. The fixtures were not modern and the bathrooms were bland, and the rental rate seemed far too high for what you would receive. Other than that it was very clean. It seemed like a nice community to live in other than the insides of the apartments themselves. The pool area was very nice, and included two large barbecues and plenty of lounge chairs. The clubhouse was cozy and very clean. The fitness center was clean and odor free.

Assigned parking near the apartment is a high priority for my elder friends and family.

The people are great. The location is perfect for going out walking and the units are very comfortable.

I do love the location of the apartments and everything they have in them is great. I choose strongly, not very, because of the parking situation. It is hard to talk about what I pay for rent and then tell them they have to fight for a spot.

lack of suffecient carports, have not been assigned one near my apartment even after 5 months into the lease. Ferile cats living inside the apartment complex, cause damage to cars and other properties.

My best friend moved to the Fairmont at my suggestion.

The parking situation here is atrocious. Good luck finding a reasonable spot near your unit after 5pm or on the weekends. Unless you are one of the few to have one of the limited, reserved, covered spaces.

The property was very well organized and everything seemed to be in order. The grounds were clean and the office was inviting and conveyed warmth. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour to Willow Creek. The leasing professional was very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job showing the community. The community is in a great location and everything about the community seemed to be in place. Willow Creek could easily be a place I could call home.

The apartment complex is kept clean, the office and maintenance staff are very professional and personable. This is a very quiet place to live. I was surprised by that considering dogs are allowed and it is a large complex.
