This complex sits in the middle of two other apartment complexes, and this complex feels like a real home. The complex down the street is outdated and isn't half as nice and well kept as this one. The other complex has rude staff in their office, which made me turn around and walk out. I have been here almost three years, and the ladies in the office always call me by my first name. I love it!!!

Fairmont at Willow Creek atmosphere is quaint,  quite , and
 peaceful. It has a park like setting with beautiful trees and it has well kept color flowers beds along it's pristine grounds. Unlike some apartments,
 each year it gets better with time. I must confess, I wanted to keep it a secret from outsiders who are thinking of relocating to this beautiful city but, It is not fair to keep the news to myself. Every Saturday we have continental breakfast; there a gathering place where residence fellowship and have a magnificent continental breakfast  with an array of  foods to choose from. Twice a month we have pizza,sandwiches, fruit platters or some type of dessert. Today, we had a magnificent pool party; there was food galore.  In addition , we have a holiday party that is right out of the movies. It is so elegant and well put together and, we have prizes. One year, someone won 1 month's free rent. There is a dog park  and, there is a playground for children.  We have a beautiful clean pool and Jacuzzi . To keep our bodies fit there is workout room and, we have a  business center. This center is a business person's dream; here we can do our last
minute faxing. If your are a clean, peaceful, decent law abiding citizen welcome. If not, please stay away and forget you read this!

With the neighbors being loud and the lack of upgrades, I would not recommend this complex.

If I didn't it would be due to the rent cost.

I was very pleased with the leasing professional's tour of the community. It was very easy to find and everything seemed to be in order. The community was beautiful and for everything it offered, the prices were very reasonable. The leasing professional that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

I would certainly recommend it for all the reasons I enjoy living here that were mentioned above.

I like the apartment complex and staff, but many of the neighbors are extremely disrespectful.

It is a lovely complex with very nice people managing it (office). The downside is it is not a smoke free complex and the wood planks for balcony floors - diminishes the sense of privacy for both upper and lower renters as you can see right through the plank spaces; smoke rises and water falls if spilled.

If price reduced a bit

The agent here was great. She was super friendly and I got along with her terrifically. She seemed to really enjoy working here and living here, which has to tell you something about the place. They really care a lot about taking care of the customer here. They had a ton of conveniences, such as a money back guarantee, online application process and 24-hour maintenance issue guarantee. The prices are a bit high, but with what you get it makes sense.

I would recommend this complex for the quality of the units, staff, & location

The apartment and grounds were all well kept with nice landscaping. The swimming pool was very large and inviting with a nice view. The clubhouse was very cozy, and I liked that they offered residents Saturday breakfast.

The community pride was shining through. I would recommend this community to family and friends. The staff was full of energy and were very natural and engaging.
