Everything here has been great. Easily my favorite complex I have ever lived!!

I would tell whoever is moving in to ask for covered parking and whether not they would have it on move in, if yes strongly recommend, if no covered parking, not likely to recommend. :)

The office staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. It is nice that I am known on a first-name basis.

I would recommend because the staff is helpful and nice and has not changed, where most places have a rotating staff of young and inexperienced and often unhelpful people. I would recommend because they take great care of the property, units and tenants.

Very pleasant environment. Neighbors are nice. Lots of extras. Although I do miss the covers area by the pool. I feel like there should be something else out there. Because it’s an apartment it’s nice to be able to have a place to entertain. For free.

It is a bit more upscale for most people my age, so it would be hard to recommend it to someone that cant afford it.

I would definitely consider renting an apartment in this community. The grounds were well kept and nicely landscaped. The Leasing Professional I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable there and could make the apartment my home. It really felt like there was a sense of community and I wanted to be a part of it. I would recommend this community to family and friends looking for a new place to live.

I love the apartment and staff, but my neighbors are incredibly noisy.

The leasing professional was very easy to talk to. She made me feel at ease during the whole tour. She was informative about the property and was able to provide me detailed brochures/papers.

The leasing specialist was personable, professional and easy to work with.

Never feel like moving but increase rents are may be a problem.
