simply becuase of the office personnel not answering the phone or returning messages. My work schedule does not coincide with the office hours so the majority of my dealings with personnel must take place via phone.

My overall experience living on the property and with the staff has been great. Very professonal staff. The manager is terrific (Neeley). The only problem has been the lack of parking. Otherwise its a great place to live.

The caring friendly atmosphere in the leasing office. I think the grounds are appealing. I have found my neighbors friendly and respectful of our area .

The rental fees and monthly rent is a little expensive.
Our pricing can be a little higher then some. But it is mainly because our company is known for its excellent customer service. We are currently doing a lot of improvements to your community since we purchased it and I think when it is all completed, you will be happy with your home!

I would reccomend these apartments to a single person householder, but having more than one vehicle is not a great idea unless you can afford/wait for a garage parking spot.
If you are interested in a garage and there is not one close to your apartment home you might want to consider maybe renting a carport. They are a less expensive. Contact our office and we would be happy to see what we have for you!

I have already reffered two people to these apartments, both have moved in and are content. I was a little surprised that the complex did not offer any type of refferal program.
Thank you so much for referring your friends to move in. I am not sure what the prior owners offered but The Marquis at Stone Oak does have an excellent resident referral program!
