Location is great. Amenities need improving.

The rent is super reasonable for the size of the apartment. Plus the staff make this place a much better "home"

The community was nice to drive up to. It looked very warm and inviting. The landscaping was nice and made it look like a home. The community amenities were nice and well kept.

Based on the competition, the property had some work to do. It sounded like there were excited about the new changes that are planned happen in the very near future. The staff was nice and professional. The curb appeal was noticeably nice and the path to model was free of clutter and debris. The model was clean and neat, but in need of a mini-makeover. The furniture and appliances seemed a bit dated.

I've already recommended it to a friend's sister. I did tell her to get a renovated unit. The location is amazing. On the downside, The gym could be better, the tv's never work. Parking spaces are tiny, so better rent a parking space.

Location is perfect to most major roads.

The apartments need to be updated. They have lots of plumbing problems. I would be afraid what my family and friends would think of me if I would recommend this place to them.

Staff is engaging and Maintanace team is spot on.

It's quite and I enjoy all the upgrades. The staff is another story..I love everything about my apartments but the staff they're the reason why I'm considering not resigning my lease. They call you for every little thing. You can't live comfortably because they nit pick for any reason. I pay way to much as a resident to have to deal with they way they are. On that note the bugs are another one of my issues. You can't get rid of them no matter how clean you are. They will send pest control but that still has not fixed the beetle and roach issue. I love my actually apartments just wish I didn't have to deal with the bugs or the staff.

I would recommend it because it feels like a safe place and the neighbors I have are quiet. It is pretty expensive though and I think you can get the same thing for less in another area of town.

We have already recommended the complex to a number of people. However, the complex could give long term residence some consideration and incentives. The complex could place more consideration on ADA compliancy.

I have been living here for six years and since CWS has bought the apartments I have been having problems. The rent increases have made it hard for me to stay in an apartment that is home for my son and I.

The class of residents has gone down since I first moved in. No animal co trol. Noisy upstairs neighbors during late night early morning hours. In my opinion went from an A property to a B- in the year I have been here. Serously considering moving at the end of my lease.

This is a nice community in the middle of some very nice upgrades. The agent was very nice.

I've been there 5 years and have always had a positive experience with office and maintenance personnel. They are prompt in addressing any issues that are brought to their attention.
