The property looks very nice. I like the trees surrounding the pool. Most area communities have a 24 hour fitness center, as does this one, and it's a nice thing to have.

I would recommend the apartment because I believe it is secure and the location is good. I would hesitate to recommend the apartment due to limited choice of cable/internet providers, price, and noise.

The prior management was mediocre if that. The current managment is not any better! They are horrible at customer service. Who wants to live at an apartment complex that the employees treat the residence like they are wasting their time.

Above comments. When I first moved in with my mother 3 years ago the apartment we where told that upgrades would be made with in the first six months...they happened poorly about 8 months before we moved out

Great community but I dislike how the new management has no concept of "good faith". After being a resident for over a year now, never have been late and always pay my overpriced rent every month; It really upset me that they just cold heartedly charged me $50 extra for one day when it is already expensive enough to live there. I don't ever pay rent late and I believe they should have a one time waive of the fee, especially when I have over a years worth of rent paid on time.

The trash situation is ridiculous and embarrassing. I want a trash valet so I do not have to touch the nasty recipticles or throw my bag like an Olympian bag tosser into the compactor, which is usually broken therefore I must load my bags and drive them to a location not anywhere near my apartment.
We do apologize for the compactor not working. While we are working hard to have that resolved, we have added another trash dumpster to the area next to the recycling bin. We hope this makes it a little more easier for you!

I live towards the back of the complex. We should be able to enter from the back gate as well. I lived in an apartement complex in Austin where there were gates where we could enter which were convenient. Parking has been difficult lately.
