The price point is a little high, the amenities and staff is unpredictable.

The girls in the front office are very nice. The trash is always over flowing around the dumpsters. The parking is so tight that you can't open your door when you park. If you want a normal sized parking spot they charge you ~ 40$ extra a month. The maintenance only "quick" fixes problems. The gates are not secure and are always breaking from residents/guests trying to speed through more than one at a time. There have been improvements in landscaping, but still needs work. The gym is limited, the screens on the 2 treadmills often don't work. The apartments are spacious. There is lots around the area. There you have it. a mix of good/bad ...i.e. mediocre... the 2 best things spacious apartments & friendly employees at the front office. The 2 worst things maintenance & parking

The community was really nice and will be exceptional once the remodeling is finished.

The ground area are nasty including the entry way into the apartment, can not used the community grill area because of dog waste. The parking spaces are very tight and lately it have become over crowded.

Why would not recommend is out of the question, would recommend to have a play ground in the facility.

Staff are courteous, rental rates are good (as long as they don't go up more than 2-3% for inflation). Community events are good. Grounds are well-kept and I feel safe. Email notifications for events and pending awareness items are timely and helpful.

Payment system can be VERY confusing so it's not fun to deal with miscalculations

I really liked this community and the floor plans in the apartments. The garages whould have been nice if they were attached to the apartment above it, just an observation but can see how that would be hard if the person did not want or need the aptment witht he garage attached. I have a hard time with the fluctuating prices on the rental rate. It would make me want to wait, or check it out for a couple more days or weeks to see if I was getting a good deal or not.
The complex was in amazing condition for being 13 years old. It honestly looked new of=r less than 5 years old. It was in fantastic shape, from the pool sparkeling clean to the landscaping to the inside of the apartments themselfs anfd the floor plans. The flooring was something that can really date an apartment and I felt like this complex really took thier time to make sure that the floors were clean and in perfect condition. Great Job, looked beautiful inside and out.

Management not taking responsibilities for property grounds also the trash problem.

Pros: Convenient located, near almost everything, school, market, shops, etc. Quiet community. Good mainteinance. Mature trees. In site laundry.
Cons: parking lot spaces limited some days and hours.

I would recommend this apartment complex to everybody, but it is a normal apartment complex nothing expectacular that stands out for me. But overall it was nice.

For the most part this community offered amenities that were comparable to other communities that were similarly priced. The one disappointing thing at this community was the fact that the lovely club room was not available for proper use of the residents. It was not being used as a true club room but a sort of waiting room/lobby for people who had business with the leasing office.

I love living here. The only negative thing I see is that some residents have a very large amount

of people over at the pool and barbecue area.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone with school-age children - there are no play areas other than the pool, so kids wander through the street. Also, the rent is a bit too high for the value received, but please note that your upgrade projects have somewhat improved the general atmosphere.

This community offers convenient access to the north side routes and the airport. It has a resort style pool and patio and a large 24 hour fitness center. The apartments are available on three levels. I viewed a spacious two bedroom apartment with an enormous master bedroom and a large covered patio. The rental rates were very reasonable for the apartment size and the community amenities. It is a location which should definitely be considered.
