If they're looking for location and affordability, it's worth the price. If they're looking for higher quality interior decor and community amenities it probably won't keep their attention.

The downsides are the parking and poor insulation

not enough unpaid parking places, trees are beautiful and should stay, but landscapers don't clean up treed debris on the ground. not enough sidewalks, sidewalks and parking lot always dirty and muddy. After it rains - no drainage - have to walk through lots of puddles in parking lot and on sidewalks. landscapers should use blowers on upper floor entry ways, the inside and outside of everyone's outdoor light by their front door is covered in cobwebs and dead bugs, so are upper floor railings. Upper floor concrete always has a lot of filth, webs, and debris and is very stained.

There's no maintenance around the premises and buildings, stairwells and around areas are never taking care off, making this apartment complex look dirty. Parking is not set up the way it should be for residents.

I went into the office to get information. Was completely ignored by the person behind a desk even though she looked directly at me.

The staff was very professional and attentive. The community amenities were everything one could ask for. The apartments were very spacious and the layout was perfect.

Parking is the main issue. For the amount of money I am spending, I would expect to be able to park near my apartment or not outside of the building.

There is no available parking at all. I work nights, and have to rent a garage jut so I can park my car when I get home at 4 am. People are constantly parked illegally in the handicapped stall, as well as the fire zones. Office personnel does nothing about it. After hours was told not to bother them at night unless it is an emergency. They never tow any one EVER. I have had multiple occasions when someone parks behind me in my garage. I can not get out, making me late for work. They still do not tow the car. They find the owner to move. Still doesn't help me when I am late!

Great apartments overall, but little bit more costly than some could afford.

Spacious apartments, great office staff, and excellent maintenance crew.

I found the community to be in excellent condition. The leasing office had an inviting atmosphere and I found the coffee bar with cookies waiting. I felt as though the leasing professional really cared if I liked the community and apartment. Based on that, I would recommend this community to others.

The management of the building is sub standard, the amenities are not here, and really call you care about is making money not creating and fostering residency!
