Check the other apartments nearby. Office never returns calls.

the grounds are beautifully kept up, the ammenities including the pool and all the courtyards are great for outdoor relaxing. Wish the leasing office was open on Sunday. The online bill system is awful. It doesn't actually tell you how much you owe so you have to add everything up yourself. It doesn't show if you have overpaid/underpaid and the leasing office won't reach out to you and tell you if you have the credit on your account or not. Seems like it would be an easy fix to add to the system. Everything else at parkside is great with its advancements except the online system :(
Apartments are nice with updated countertops and appliances. Love the large sliding glass door. There is no insulation. I can hear the wind coming in through the windows/doors and if anyone is talking in the parking lot you can hear them as if they are right inside with you.

Poor seal around the windows. A draft and dust go into the aparment at all times.

To move to the Parkside at Legacy. What people need to learn is that if you have a dog don't allow them to be barking all night.

My experience as a customer based on that interaction was made complete. It is a newly constructed luxury apartment living community. It is located in the heart of all that Plano has to offer and only minutes away from unique shops, fine dining, entertainment and freeways. They offer activities that would entice anyone to wanted to live in their beautiful community. They do provide a variety of floor plans with modern conveniences and plenty of modern amenities.

The amenities were above standard but the pricing was expensive for the size of the apartment. I think a lot of people like the modern look but I felt it was cold and not very comfortable in the apartment.

Parkside is a nice place to live. Just hope you have nice neighbors that live above you if you choose to rent on the bottom level.

This property seems like a property that would be seen in Beverly Hills. The decor and upgrades were top notch as well as the staff. They were all friendly and eager to help. The community seems as if it is a vacation spot. I was shocked that even though you seen people out and about through out the community enjoying the amenities, it wasn't noisy. I also noticed that the living room of the apartment I looked at, open up to a high traffic street but I didn't hear a sound. The property is very clean and the grounds are nicely manicured.

I enjoy living there. It seems like the staff is a bit disorganized. I didn't receive my parking pass upon moving in. The staff told me they would call when it becomes available, but they never did. I had to go to the office and ask them about it because I noticed that the security was checking the cars. Also, I asked to have a screen placed on my window when I moved in. It has been 2 months now, and they have not done so.

On the flip side, they are very nice and the environment is great.

The Property is beautiful however; my guests have better luck finding a parking space in New York City than here. The staff is beautiful but; they could use a few classes in customer service and professionalism (I've already voiced my concerns with the staff directly on these matters). I rented a garage and a week later I walked up to find they were changing the locks on the door to give it to someone else because the staff's records showed it was available; clearly the staff's ability to keep proper records leaves room for improvement. I loved my unit; the kitchen storage is the best I've had in an apartment, the faux hard wood floors are fantastic and the size of the bathroom is wonderful. I could have lived with the terrible parking and lack-luster staff because I loved my unit however now that a dumpster went up right outside my window I will no longer be renewing my lease. I keep my windows open more than the average person and now instead of a fresh breeze I will have the scent of rotting food and pet excrement wafting into my home. The only way I can get a cellphone signal is if I stick my head outside of my living room window. Now, instead of looking at a tree each time I have a phone conversation, I have to look at my neighbor's discarded waste. The two most important things I look for in an apartment is a great view and my ability to safely keep my windows open because I love having fresh air. I no longer have either of these things so this apartment no longer fits my needs. Considering the terrible parking and lack-luster staff I will find a new complex when my lease is up rather than finding a new unit in this complex.

It's like college but with no books or class.

ITs comfortable; clean grounds; good location; great management.
My only complaint is hearing the neighbors both next door (I can hear him cough and clear his throat every morning
and that gets to be a bit aggravating) and the people above who walk around heavily til 2 in the morning.
But hey, I chose to live in an apartment, right?

The leasing professional made me feel welcome and that he desired for me to live at the community. He spoke to me and asked questions, all in a non-intrusive conversational manner. The enhanced features of the apartment that I looked at really made me want to move in right away. I could see myself living there and recommending the community to anyone who asked and needed a place to stay.

The apartments are modern, bright, and have many exciting amenities which you absolutely pay for monthly. The convenience to shopping and restaurants is wonderful. The leasing agents are very helpful and personable.
