Great place to live. It is crowded and can be noisy at times.

Positives Great Location, Ample Resident Events, and my favorite perk of all is the workout class with Anna Brad that are included in the rent, great pool amenities though sometimes too packed

Negatives Can hear my upstairs neighbors, their pets and children everyday and night, Parking after 9 00 p.m. in the garage is not available, Maintenance and Staff are not as receptive and quick to respond as a resident should expect.

Recommendations Would like to see the fitness classes expanded to include yoga if possible, assign garage parking based on apt location, timelier responses to maintenance request and fix the problem the first time on my third request for my a c unit, not fun in July .

I enjoy living here at Parkside. The staff are friendly and helpful. Any maintenance I have needed was handled promptly and very professionally. I love the areas to take my dog and let her run. There is something for everyone here.

I called 2 days ago to ask what happen with the washer and dryer they were supposed to bring to my apartment, I was requested to put my dog up and my poor dog has been ALL WEEK Inside my bedroom,and the washer and dryer that had should been replace 2 days ago haven't arrive yet.

The representative told me she will call me right away to let me know exactly when they were coming and until now I haven't receive a call back, this is not the first time I get a promise to be call back and never receive thye call ever since this place has new management the service is terrible.

Overall its a nice and safe place to live and convenient for shopping and dining.

It's like college with way more responsibility.

This property is definitely one of the higher-end communities I have visited in the area. It competes with the surrounding apartment communities and high rises. The leasing professional was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was detailed in her presentation of the community and answered any questions I had. She represented the management company well.

Overall this apartment is nice. It is quiet. Nobody bothers you. Apartment is clean, comfortable, and energy efficient. They aren't the least expensive apartments, but seem to be a good value for what they are.

There are a couple of issues with parking. The apartment management never seems order towing sweeps, so you have cars in the garage that have clearly been sitting for months on end unmoved and lots of guest cars. A couple of months ago the new management decided to royally mess up all the parking by trying to make a quick buck off reserved parking. Few people bought into that nonsense, so many prime spots near entrance doors sit vacant, and residents have to sorrowfully drive past all these empty spots on their way to the very top of the garage looking for a non-reserve space.

My neighbors are quiet and everyone is friendly that I have encountered. The late night crowds sometimes get a bit rambunctious of the weekends but is infrequent.

Grounds are well kept and the amenities are always functioning.

My only concern is the constantly fluctuating car volumes in the parking garage, some nights it's nearly half empty and on other nights I park on the roof of the garage- where do they come from and is anyone actually verifying who lives here before handing out stickers

This property is upscale with reasonable prices. The floor plans are very large and spacious.

Two of the biggest problems are parking and hallway cleanliness. There are scarcely enough parking spaces as it is unless you park on the roof level which feels unsafe. In addition, lighting is often out so we are walking alone in the dark on upper, lonely levels. No parking spot, even on upper levels, is a far walk to our apartment but the safety factor is a problem. Grabbing 14 spots per floor so you can charge to park in the safe, lighted area near the door--you're charging for safety. In addition, the hallways haven't been cleaned in weeks. Dust and dirt is building up along the baseboards and it takes days for anyone to pick up the easily seen debris like cans and paper and spills don't seem to be addressed at all. Prior to the new ownership, the hallways were always well-maintained. We love our apartment and the quality of it and enjoy living in a place that allows all breeds of dogs. We don't have a dog, but we like seeing them about the property. The landscaping is very nice. For maintenance, someone managed to totally destroy the door on one of our trash chutes and this was repaired immediately, which is greatly appreciated. Our two complaints are charging for parking spaces within our assigned garage and no longer routinely cleaning the hallways. Other that that, we really like where we live.

Parking in the garages needs to be policed more.There are too many people who do not have tags parked in the garages.

Reserved parking made it impossible to find a spot on your floor any more.

I really liked the community, the amenities, and the proximity to major business headquarters. The property was well laid out and was inviting to pedestrian traffic. The shops within easy walking distance gave the apartments a community feel. The leasing professional was positive, upbeat and clearly enjoyed her work and the property. I appreciated the specials offered and relaxed when I heard about the management company based on their reputation. The streets within the community were a little difficult to maneuver. Cars were sometimes parked on both sides of the street, making driving a little difficult.

This place was great!. Summer in the leasing office was supper good, Derek and the rest of the team as well.
The grounds are kept up well and generally in great shape. There are a lot of dogs , but this is one of the few places around Plano/Frisco that will take dogs. They generally do a great job of keeping the area clean and the residents (most) of them clean up after their dogs.
