Very very loud and disconcerting to hear your upstairs neighbor s footsteps pounding on the floor, even if they are walking. The neighborhood is quite nice and maintained well. Shops at legacy is always a big attraction. place is safe and people ehre and big dog enthusiasts. So if you are one, you will feel very welcome

It really should not take over 2 days to replace a light bulb.

It was a nice property. The associate I met was nice, she made me feel welcomed and engaged in the conversation. I would definitely recommend this community to other people.

The community was great and I am considering moving in. The apartment and property were great. The area is great, with all the shopping and restaurants. The staff seemed to be helpful.

A washer/dryer would definitely have to come with the apartment for the price. I did not like the fact that it did not have a separate dining area. I loved the bathrooms and closet. I am undecided if I would lease here for the price.

This was a very nice clean community, but it seemed a little cold and not too inviting in my opinion. The hallways were cold and dark. Also the apartment interior was a little too dark for my taste. It was very nice and new, but I do not think I would have wanted to pay what they were asking for.

This community is located in a prime location close to restaurants and shopping. Also, the property is located near the freeway and other major roads for easy access. Additionally, the property has free workout classes with personal trainers for residents, a 24 hour fitness center, and spacious and luxurious pools with flat screen televisions.

I thought the community offered features and amenities that really give you the most for your money. Not only do they offer an incredible gym and multiple pools, they offer several areas for relaxing or easy access to the neighborhood shops and restaurants. The grounds are well maintained and the apartment interiors are finished out beautifully. This community is also "green" in that they use solar energy to light the carports and recycled materials to create the wood style flooring in each apartment.

If you are looking for a hip and urban lifestyle, this is the place to be!

This community definitely has an urban feel and I liked the parking garage access. The interior finishes were average. I think the rent is upper end for what you get for the money.

This property has many layouts to choose from. The property is within walking distance to the shops at Legacy. The property is landscaped well and has a wonderful fitness center.

Great place but parking is terrible and can't seem to get rid of the roaches even though the apt is very clean.
