I would tell them that it's a great place to live, the staff is very friendly and accomodating and the overall experience is quite positive.

Excellent place to live. So convient to the shops the whole area feels like my back yard.

I came from a large luxury home after my divorce, so I was spoiled. Parkside is nicely located. I feel safe here. Parking setup is Ok, just wish there were a few spaces when I come back on a late Saturday night. Its clean and the people are friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful, but occasionally a little disorganized. The mail package delivery can use improvement.

I have lived at Parkside at legacy for over a year now and I must say i absolutely love it The apartment is great and the staff is very helpful. Whenever there is an issue with my apartment the maintenance people are quick to fix it. Everyone in the leasing office is always very helpful. I highly recommend Parkside at Legacy to anyone looking to move the Plano area.

Great property however, maintenance can be rather forgetful at times.

The apartments themselves were just like every other apartment out there. The staff were friendly, but it took a good number of times to get ahold of anyone on the phone. The price point for the area was good but I could foresee major parking issues and the grounds appeared to be tired. Taking everything as a whole, I could probably live there short term but would not make any plans for a long term stay.

You are paying to walk to the shops, plan and simple. For the price - the apartments should be nicer.

Good floor plans, maintenance is quick and efficient, staff is helpful but their hours could be more convenient for us commuters who work 8-5 and are not able to be home by 5. Better get home early to find a parking spot, as you pass by 10 open spots in the garage that come at a premium price...

Fitness center classes with Anna Richardson are the best. Main reason I will be renewing

Great place to live Love the location

Contacting anyone in the office is almost impossible. Getting a response is even more challenging. No one picks up after their dog.

I absolutely love living here, but I've noticed it is VERY hard to get a hold of anybody in the office unless you walk into their office. I work a normal 8-5 job, and cannot make it in during office hours so this process of theirs isn't working.

I would say everything else about living here is great Amenities, parking, noise. I would just like to be called back or emailed back.
