This was a large community with 1600 units and a lot of leasing professionals. The office was very nice and community facilities look good. The leasing professional was professional and she took interest in identifying my needs and preferences. Her demonstration of the apartment features was good. I would lease the apartment here because of the overall appearance and amenities.

The leasing professional was great, but the amenities at this property were some of the best I have seen. They were amazing and were my favorite thing.

After my visit to this community, I did not have any desire to consider leasing there. Although it was in a nice location, the amenities offered were not worth the rent amount. The apartment size I toured was nice, however the color choice of the counter tops and wall was quite unpleasant and did not feel modern. The residents could not use the business center at any time. There was not a hot tub. The added cost to rent the cabanas was ridiculous. People must have wristbands to enter the pool area. The way the buildings and phases were set up made me think of college dorms. There was no sense of direction.

In my own opinion, I liked the community very much. It had a lot to offer with outstanding and multiple amenities. I loved the idea of the elevators being an added amenity due to the property being four stories. The garage access being included in the rent is outstanding. Most places would make you pay for an additional parking space or use a first come first serve basis. The office staff was very helpful and inviting. The community was located in a very nice area with a great neighborhood amenities and close to major intersections and highways, which makes for easy commute for work or other obligations.

The first impression I had of the apartment homes was they were luxury apartments. The exterior of the buildings looked very sleek and modern and not like a typical apartment home. The fitness area was being renovated so I was not able to see that area. The pool with the cabanas was a very nice feature with a tropical flair. The interior of the apartments complemented the exterior with the sleek modern look. The furnishings definitely gave it a wow factor. The staff was friendly and cheerful. Any questions I had were answered satisfactorily and with knowledgeable answers.

I was not that big on the location of the apartment.

I loved this community due to the accessibility of available apartments and many restaurants in walking distance. There were six pools and a volleyball court on-site that I found a very nice attribute to the community.

Compared to other apartments in this caliber, I thought the rental price was average and acceptable. The agent took her time to show me around and tried to make me feel comfortable with the location of the apartment.

Parkside at Legacy was a beautiful property inside and the location was amazing! The leasing professional was attentive and knowledgeable.

I would seriously consider living in the community. It was very well taken care of and currently going through upgrades.

I would rent there as a real customer because the property was very nice. It was in a great area with plenty of fun activities to do and the price was great for what you were getting. The floor plans were spacious and upgraded and I liked the drive up garage feature. The amenities were great and I could tell the complex really promoted healthy living. I would love to call this place home!

I was not shown any property amenities, but the apartment was very nice. I am sure the price was based on the area, which is very popular and growing. The leasing agent had an answer for every question/concern that I expressed.
