I believe the property was decent but definitely not worth the asking price. I have seen the same quality or better for much cheaper. the apartment amenities were nice but the size of the apartment is actually pretty small. I do like the private garage but it is still not worth the monthly rental for the apartment. The agent was polite and did her job however she was not very warm and inviting and did not give enough energy towards making me want to live there.

The community was well kept. It was an upscale community with personal features that made it feel like a home.

Besides the immediate, everything else looks like an average apartment community. It is clean and neat, and the outside is well managed.
